Why Does Pyrex Say No Broiler? [Solved]
Remember that Pyrex glass bakeware is NOT to be used on the stovetop or under the broiler. What is this? Although the Pyrex rep claimed the glass bakeware is oven-safe at any temperature, do not exceed 425°F. Extremely high temperatures can result in thermal shock (and the glass breaking).
