If Arkansas is enslaved for the Strictly Business quest, and later released, Arkansas will turn hostile towards everyone except the Lone Wanderer. This includes other slaves. If he is spoken to after being released, he will say that he is heading to the Temple of the Union, which helps escaped slaves.
