Why Is Fallout: New Vegas So Hard? [Solved]
New Vegas was more story rather then exploration focused then the other fallout (at least the 3D ones) are. So it usually puts the same mobs in the same place, which means that there are locations and encounters you will not handle as easily at lower levels.
